Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System (TCRS)	CCH & Employee	Full-time after 6 months	Employee contributes 5% of gross salary; CCH contributes a set percent of payroll determined by an actuarial valuation.
VALIC	Employee	Immediately	Voluntary deferred compensation plan; choice of investment opportunities.
PAID LEAVE:
Paid Time Off	CCH	Full-Time employees after 3 Months	Awarded as follows: 1-4 years=17 days leave, 5-9 years=19 days leave, 10-14 years=22 days leave, 15 years and over=27 days leave. (Includes holidays)
Sick Leave	CCH	Full-time employees after 5 months	Employee accumulates 1 sick day per month accumulated up to 120 days.
NON-PAID LEAVE:
Personal Leave	N/A	After 1 year	1 month without pay
Family and Medical Leave	N/A	Minimum of 12 months employment or must have worked 1250 hours in past 12 months	Time off without pay, accrued sick and personal time off must be used first
Military Leave	N/A	Immediately	Time off without pay plus reinstatement rights
EDUCATION:
Tuition Reimbursement	CCH	Full-time employees after 1 year	Full tuition paid; max. 2 classes per semester.
